No network coverage!! Second Complaint!!!

I logged the complaint below 26 April 2013. I was forced to post this as my issue was now 4 months old and not resolved!!!

"CELL C.. if you can not provide the service I am paying you for then please cancel my contract. I am losing business calls and I am losing money!!!

I am unable to make or received calls on most evenings between 6PM & 10PM. There is simply no network for calls, internet of email and this is in JHB & PMB.I have logged several complaints with CELL C. This issue has been going on since I took this contract at the end of 2012. CELL C promised to send someone out to test my line and to test the area network but nothing happens. My frustrations are at boiling point. Eventually then send me a replacement sim card and say if that does not work then they will cancel the contract. The new sim does not fix them problem. Now the senior management that assisted me is not even responding to my mails. check Ref 2122800909 & Ref 3041604308 and Ref 3041604325"

I received a call saying issue will be resolved 04 May ref 3042600409. Today 06 May and still no response or follow up call from Cell C

Cell C you are useless. You service is cheap because you offer NO SERVICE!!!
