AGAIN!!!

I have been struggling with Virgin mobile for some time now.. this will be my 4th complaint. They have yet again my data bundles. 2 months ago a lady help me and stated that my extra 512mb recurring bundle has been loaded. Which means 512mb extra each month automatically!!! It was working for a month or two and then today I received an sms saying my bundle is up.. I phoned them asking why is this.. The guy at customer care (Lesly) told me that there is no bundle loaded.. this has been happening each month and im sick of it!!! The next thing is just as bad.. my contract clearly shows that debit order payment date is on the 30th of each month. I have received an sms saying the following: "Please note Virgin Mobile will debit your account on the 20th of dec". This is not our agreement on the contract.. they haven't asked me if this is okay. they just changed it without me agreeing. This means that virgin mobile has terminated the contract seeing that they are not keeping their end of the contract which means I can cancel my contract without paying penalties and move on to a proper network provider. I do not want to stay with Virgin Mobile any more!!
