8 Days and counting, still no delivery

I placed an ordered online at [URL Removed] and it's been 8 days and my phones have not been delivered.
I was made to paid upfront and they have deducted funds from my Credit Card.

The story changed daily from being told the phone is sitting with RTT, to being told it's been sent to RTT, to saying the phone has not left the MTN warehouse and they don't know where it is. Now I'm being told it's a problem with the system and they need technical personal to look into it.

So don't worry MTN, I'll just wait here till you decided to send me my PAID for phone.
