Pathetic customer service & bad business process

I changed my contract from a personal into a business at the store. A minute after it was done I asked for the Samsung Galaxy S4 with the 500Mb additional data (this apparently was only via online). Went home and tried to order online. Next problem is this is only for personal customers. Asked them to change from business to personal. Not possible, must go back to store who did this. I phoned, sent e-mails. Nothing. Went to a store in Rivonia and the manager told me to send my Id and letterhead to change back to personal. Did this and change was done. Now to order phone. Did the upgrade on Friday morning and on Tueday afternoon my phone was delivered (not 1 day as promised. Anyway.) Wife confirmed that an sms was sent to our son's phone number that "A Smart S with number... has been activated" - Phoned Vodacom and now I have my existing number and a new number. Have cancelled the new number and they are coming to collect the phone and I have to apply again online for the upgrade and wait another 2 days. They will collect the phone within 5-7 days. So I have to bring the incorrect phone to work for 5-7 days. FANTASTIC BUSINESS PROCESS!!!
