No delivery with total lack of follow up service!!

Ordered an upgrade on 24th, was told it would be delivered in 2-5 days. On the 30th, phoned MTN to query, got told ready for delivery, and got a reference number and told to phone RTT. RTT has no record of this. After going back and fourth between MTN and RTT couriers for 3 DAYS, inlcuding leaving messages for MTN to call back (with no response), I eventually get through to someone who doesnt just say phone RTT, who actually tries to help. She tells me the phone is ready for delivery, and is stuck in MTN warehouse due to delivery address being my PO Box address, despite having all the correct information available on the system. Was then told on Friday 1st Feb when this was noted, that the delivery would be changed to an urgent delivery, and I should expect a call from courier that afternoon, or Saturday morning to arrange delivery. After receiving no call, I called RTT this morning to find out whats happening, surprise surprise, MTN STILL had not handed over to them for delivery. Today is now the 4th day it is sitting in MTN's warehouse, ready to go, but nothing being done about the delivery. I find this service, and general lack of willingness to help absolutely pathetic.
