I ordered a bed online on 27/03/13 & selected one that could be delivered within 5 business days. As promised, the next day a lady called saying they had received the order & someone would be in contact to deliver it. After 4 business days of no response I contacted the help line who said I must speak to the online orders department. I managed to get hold of Lungelo who said the bed should have been delivered that day; surprising given that no one had contacted me to inform me. Either way, I said delivery on Friday would work - he agreed & promised it would be. On Friday I kept calling from 10:00am to find out what time they would deliver & I was told that they deliver till 8pm, so if no one calls by 3pm I should call back. I did, only to be told, the driver "tried to get hold of me but couldn't". They had 3 contact numbers-none had a missed calls. He promised multiple times to get back to me when i complained, but he never returned my calls & left without care at 4:45. Monday, similar story, except this time his "boss" Amanda behaved in the same way. Reason for no delivery not even given. Calvin at the warehouse even refused to give me his bosses name; said phone was "breaking-up"
