Bad Service, Bad Attitude, No Return Calls

On the 17th March 2013, we went into Dial-A-Bed looking for a new bed (we have bought 7 beds from this same store already). We chose a Queen size bed and paid by eft on the 19th March but then decided that we want a King and was told that I must pay the difference which I did on the 21st March and was told it would take 10 working days for the delivery to be made. The 10 working days, brought us to 8th April, guess what no bed no contact nothing. When I phone the branch I am told that the lady who deals with it is on a phone and will return my call, so I wait till the 10th and phone them back, again my details are taken and I am told they will phone me back, I wait until the 11th, hey guess what my details are taken again and no return call. I phone again and this time I get hold of the lady only to be told she does not know why the bed has not been delivered but she will find out and phone me back. The 12th of April dawns and no phone call so yet again I phone them only to be told the lady is not in, and that it takes ten working days after payment reflects and according to them payment was made last week so my bed will come next week. What happened to the motto "Dial today sleep tonight"
