Delivery of Wii U ordered online

Hi CNA,
I ordered a Wii U online on 01 June 2013, the payment was deducted instantly from my account, thus effectively sitting with my money for two weeks now.
Basically I ordered two, what happened was the online system hung on the payment screen and refreshed by itself with my basket showing it's empty, I never received the confirmation e-mail, then proceeded to order again and it went through that's when I got both confirmation e-mails together and both payments have gone through on my credit card.
So no.1 the online system was already not a positive experience.
The confirmation e-mails said 2-10 working days for delivery I started phoning around Wednesday (12-06-2013) asking for delivery times but each time I was told the order was in the warehouse and they cannot contact the warehouse and was told I'll be phoned back to let me know what the situation is but yeah nothing in the end, the staff are incompetent and the warehouse it seems even more so.
This level of service is pathetic although the voice prompts on the line tells you how YOU (me) the customer are so important to you.
My order numbers are 2009011 and 2009017
