I would like complain about the service I have received! I ordered a Notebook online on 27 November 2013 The email that was send to me informed me that delivery will take place within 2 to 10 working days. To date no delivery has been made! Every time I phone to query I get a different story why Notebook has not been delivered yet, in total I've phoned 4 times already! On Friday 13 December I was told by Teko that parcel was ready for collection and should be delivered by Tuesday 17 December. I phoned again today after phone was dropped in my ear twice! and spoke to Pauline she informed me that the Courier has still not collected. I asked once again for someone to contact me back like I've done numerous times but no one ever gets back to me. She told me that this has been escalated. To be quite honest I do not believe anything that consultants say any more as every time I phone it's a different story! I am disgusted with the service I have received and would like my problem to be solved asap!! CNA Online service!!
