DELIVERY ISSUE

I am frustrated with CELL C at the moment, i ordered a phone over 10 days ago and i was propmised that it would be delivered after 7 days, and it hasn't happened when i call CELL C, I am told that it is out on delivery and i must call RAM Couriers, even though its not my job to do that because i ordered it from CELL C and not RAM, i called RAM Couriers and was told it out on delivery from morning and they stop delivering at 17:00, i called at 16:30 and i was told its still out on delivery, and i should get it by 5pm, at 5pm they call to tell me i should wait till 5:30pm, and i couldn't do that so i asked them to deliver it the next day, when i called RAM the next day they tell me my phone is in the warehouse because i didnt pick up my phone the day before, yeeeeeerrr, i'm so upset at all this service providers, they dont know how to provide service, i have to be chasing after them???
