Still no update on billing dispute

I called on the 7th a call was logged I also wrote a hello peter complaint, not only was Pam the supervisor from the call center looking into this- but someone from the hello peter side called me and also said they would look into this

I am so frustrated I want to give up and get rid of my contract with you guys, you casually disgregard billing issue as customers have it debited every month

I need someone to call me urgently and give me an update on a call I firstly logged on the 7th with a ticket number and why has this not been resolved in 24 hours it has now been a week..
