Free Modem offer to Students

In september 2013 I activated my UNISA Cell C promo package. The agent told me to send an e-mail to [Email Removed] to get my free modem. I received correspondance till the 4th October, each time taking a week to reply asking me in the last mail which store is nearest to me.

So much for a free offer!!! This is VERY bad service Cell C!
