I was billed for 3 months after the cancellation of my contract. After receiving letters of demand from autopage i logged complaint online which they never replied to. Eventually called autopage & was told the line was terminated but autopage kept billing and they dont know why. Was told that a supervisor would call and update me on the progress of rectifing the problem. After no response from them i logged a compliant on Hello Peter on the 13-12-2012. Recieved a call from Nelisiwe who found the problem and so called sorted it out, also repling to the complaint stating that the query was resolved and closed. On the 14-08-2013 recieved a sms stating i've been handed over to DMC. When we queried this autopage was told there are no records of anything being sorted out and i have to prove that it was resolved. After logging another complaint on Hello Peter on 14-08-2013, i received a standard reply with no one calling to address the query. Ref No from sms is :17500085. The reference number should give you access to all relevant details. I will leave a contact number which is on at all times. Lets see how long it takes to solve a problem since it is really quick for u to demand money.
