I own a 3G modem plugged into a WIFI router, somehow I was registered on one of those R7 per day porn sites. I logged a Dispute with vodacom last week as my invoice went up from R149 to almost R2500 for my mygig 2 contract. I tried explaining to them that a porn site cannot pull the 3G number over WIFI as the USB modem is not plugged in and that the vodacom software is not installed, I got no feedback. If I call them I get the typical run around from the callcentre, 1.5 hours telephonically spent allready

I signed a contract in INK to show my intent to pay for services rendered, but Vodacom allowed me to be subscribed to this rubbish without a phone call or signature to confirm my intent to use this service. Why would I pay R149 for internet and then go for R7 per day for disgusting PORN, doesnt make any sense to me. I cannot believe that Vodacom will allow third parties to make their trusted customers pay for services that was not registered for and to do that without any phone call or update to the signed contract between Vodacom and the customer.

Try calling Vodacom Call Centre to sort an issue out GOOD LUCK with that, POOR SERVICE for 2 contracts that been ruinnig for years
