Unexplained billing dispute.. STILL UNRESOLVED

Following our initial complaint "unexplained billing dispute" on Sunday 4th August 2013 on Hello Peter and Vodacom's Consumer Website Team answer 4 DAYS AGO!! Apologizing for the inconvenience of Vodacom's poor level of service and promising a call to resolve the matter..
A whole week has elapsed and we are still waiting for a call and resolution to the issue as promised!
Does a week and counting..to take action reflect a level of good service on Vodacom's part??

NB. The cellphone in question being (as stated) in previous complaint only an auxiliary unit, has been OFF since the first week of July when the issue of billing came to light and has not been switched on since.
We are now seriously considering cancelling this contract with immediate effect!
