I logged my 1st complaint on the 02/03/2013 and too date it still has not been sorted out. After not getting back any feedback I logged a Hallo Peter Complaint on the 10/03/2013. On the 11/03/2013 I got the following response

" Hello BrianD,
Thank you making us aware of your complaint
Please note that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your billing query.
Regards
Consumer Website Team"

No one bothered to call me back so I had to call in again. My issue is I was told by the Vodacom Sales adviser that Ill get Night Owl bundle on my MyGig 5. more than a week went by and then I got this mail

"Dear valued customer
Please be advised, according to Vodacom Billing and Admin Business Rules.
My Gig 3, My Gig 5 and My Gig 10 Data Promotion Contract do not qualify for Night Owl data.
For this reason, you are on Data Promotion - Contract My Gig 5 and do not qualify for Night Owl data.
Vodacom have completed the investigations and the query is now closed.

Vodacom... you will listen to the call when this product was sold to me. I want some one to call me by 11:00 and tell me this issue was sorted!!!
