WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

The last time I wrote a report on 8ta I closed by saying "keep up the good work". Well the good work does not exist in my eyes any more. Never in my life have I received more shocking service. I have an email between 8ta's billing department, a few other 8ta employees including persons in management positions which has been going on since May 2013. Please see latest mail to them:

WHY IS IT TAKING OVER 5 MONTHS TO PORT AN 8TA NUMBER FROM AN 8TA CONTRACT WHICH WAS CANCELLED 6 MONTHS AGO TO A NEW 8TA CONTRACT WHICH WAS STARTED 5 MONTHS AGO???

YOU ARE COSTING ME A FORTUNE!!! PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILS!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I HAVE NOT BEEN TOLD WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY NUMBER TO BE PORTED??? WHYYY???
