Vodacom fails to resolve a simple billing query

I have been calling vodacom for the past 2 weeks asking for assistance with a service I purchased viaone of the self help services but nobody seems to know how to check my account and tell me what is going on, I keep being transferred from one department to the next without any resolution to my query. Vodacom is no longer flying high the "number 1 network" flag with pride.
