8ta Bad Service!

I went to your Centurion store on Saturday, 13 /07/2013 at 16h50.We were assisted by a young man, I don't know his name. We opened a mobile contract & also requested that 2 numbers be ported.1 number for the contract and the other on pre-paid. Our 1st request was declined, he entered the account number incorrectly. The 2nd time it was approved. He then gave us the phone and guaranteed that the ports will be working by that day. I phoned the 8ta this morning (16 July 2013) Maxine informed me that it takes 73 hours to port a number & that the pre-paid number is in the process but the other number we requested has been cancelled due to the fact that the first application was faulty, the agent didn't request the port the 2nd time. On our copy of the application, he even wrote the 2 numbers to be ported. This is unacceptable. Firstly, the guy guaranteed that the ported numbers would work within that day. Secondly, he didn't request the 2nd number to be ported. Thirdly, I now have to go back to your store to sort this out! I can't state what an inconvenience this is! My husband works in Jhb and only gets home at around 6.If I had known that it was going to be such a mission I would have moved to CellC!
