Physically damaged

On Saturday on the 9th of November 2013 i went to Vincent Woolworth's to fetch my cellphone (Blackberry 8520) after they sent it returns to repairs, i find that my Blackberry surrounded rubbers are very damaged as if they are eaten by a rat or mice i don't know what was going on, in my cellphone. I really don't know what is happening i feel like throwing away now because my cellphone is useless now!
