Complain about my Blackberry 8520

Afternoon its monde vinati from EC province, i've got a problem with MTN technical call center or the office which repairs phones, i would like to complain that I've bought a blackberry 8520 (02/01/2012) and my blackberry just went off on the 09/09/13 and its on warranty for two years, i took my phone to the nearest woolworths because i bought it there in woolworths (Greenacres) so they took my phone in woolworths Vincent for repairs, MTN just called me after a week and told me that my phone had a physical damage my outside ruubers of my phone is not in a good condition, thet say i must pay -R780 rands and i dont knw about the rubbers because im using a pouch since i bought it, i compained to them and its been two weeks now without my phone, and they say i must wait again another 48hrs and im not happy at all.
