I bought a Blackberry 8520 about 13 months ago, yet I have sent my phone in for repairs thrice before even having it for a year...
I've been told to bring my phone in again, so that they can see what is wrong with it, however this will then be the 04th time... I can't be phone less for 2 - 3 weeks.
If Electric Express is aware that the Blackberry 8520 is a problematic phone, then why sell it to your clients??
I've had 3 accounts with Electric Express, but closed 2 of them due to Service... I only kept the cellphone account as this phone keeps giving me problems and spending my Own money to fix the problem is not an option, when I pay the Cellphone contract every month..
Electric Express should either refund my money back, give me a new phone or give me a phone to use while the Blackberry is in for repairs AGAIN...
I'm really Angry and disgusted with Electric Express...
