I do not own a Samsung S4 or whatever that phone is. Point number one, I have contacted you the day I discovered this stupid debit on my account and what did I get? I don't know, I can't help and there is nothing we can do, being send from one pillar to another by the soo called "Big Brand Employees" incompetence at its highest degree. It seems to me that people are just randomly collect from streets and given positions, cause no one understand the basic of communication skills not to mention telephone etiquette, not to mention what's going on the client profile (systems), looking at the fact that I have to repeat myself from the consultant to all the senior employees I dealt with, "a huge disgrace at HR indeed or operations or customer service for that matter. Now, having taken time at work, spend my money to do what you and your so called forensics were supposed to do instead they sit on my documents that I have worked hard to get that documents that are required and what did you do with??
