Promise of Delivery now told no stock

My name is Vicky De Abreu. On 9 November i went to MTN to look at Data Contracts /Tablets.
I chose the Tablet and the Data Package suitable. Jeanette was the consultant who helped me. I requested availability and Delivery time. I was told there is stock and if the contract was approved i would receive it the following day. That calculated to 24 hours from time of Contract approval.

Logic says that if the contract was approved on sunday then i would be able to receive it on Monday.
I contacted MTN on Monday, i was informed by Jeanette order was placed on Monday and would arrive on Tuesday. I then stated i had business on Tuesday and stock arrived they should keep it for me until i was back.

I contacted them again on Wednesday, and was told by Jeanette, the Tablet had not arrived. I asked what the problem was, and was told there is no stock available. I asked when i can expect it & was told she doesnt know. I asked for her to find out from the manager and call me back asap. I am still waiting and it is now friday.
Today i had to phone again
Honesty about wait being 1 - 2 week would make anyone unhappy but instead i was to just to get my business now im very unhappy.
