No service on cellphone contract

My name is Johan Koortzen. I have a cellphonecontract with Cell C. My daughter is usnig the cellphone, a Blackberry 9300 Curve. The cellnumber is 0845873907. Since January 2013 she cannot connect to internet, she cant send sms's or whats apps, etc. She is loosing the airtime trying to get connected. We phoned Cell C several times. They at first said to put off the cellphone and put it on again, butnothing happened. Then they said the faluts is with Blackberry, and they wille send a message to Blackberry to contact us, but Blackberry never did that. So we still dont have service and we have to pay every month. Cell C blames Blackberry and Blackberry never contacts us. The contract expires only in November 2013. Is there a way to back out of the contract? Do we as clients have any rights? What can we do to get the service we pay for?
