Claim disputed, but still deducting premiums

I purchased a cellphone (Blackberry 9700) through an MTN contract, and tookout insurance for it @R113 pm through CallSure, that is underwritten by Hollard (At the time, I did not know that this was third party insurance).
The BB9700 software was damaged, thus MTN replaced the Handset with a Blackberry 9810 under the same contract terms (I still continued paying insurance). The 9810 fell and needs repairs, thus i filed a claim with CallSure last Dec. Since the cellphone EMIs were different, they requested the proof of the exchange, I sent them all that and they still have not gotten back to me, as they said the matter will be accelerated to Hollard as I was supposed to have given them the new EMI, I then told them that I was not aware that the insurance was not part of MTN, as I felt MTN will update all their records upon any change on their customer details.
I am still paying insurance, but I have not been told anything with regards to my claim. I called CallSure last week Monday, they said they will call me back, till today I still have not been contacted. And I my cellphone is badly damaged. The screen is cracked with poor visibility of sms's e.t.c
