I refer to my hellopeter complaint of 1 November 2013 regarding a migration that was never processed.
Earlier this week both Leeza and Margeret called me saying they had problems with migrations but the matter are being attended to and they will give me feedback before Friday 8 Nov. I called customer care and asked them what's happening to my service request (s3-t6p3r-row8w) and they said it was rerouted to the wrong department but they are bussy with it. Once again incompetence!! Don't give me excuses, give me solutions.
