Mweb have become incompetent, my 1mbps UNCAPPED account was being throttled and I was not even using 1 third of what I could get if I left it on 24/7, I would use it after hours when the priority is at its lowest however they still throttled it. I then sent them multiple emails Late August informing to cancel my account end of September as I had already paid for September, they take on average 48 - 72 hours to respond to emails and therefore state I was too late to inform them as the cut off day was September 5 and could only terminate end of October. I have already found a new ISP and will not pay for October as I informed Mweb a month in advance that I no longer want there service and did not use it in October.

I have checked the mailbox and see it has been terminated now else I would resend all my emails again, stop sending me messages stating I owe for October as the account should have been terminated end of September.
