SCAMMING PENSIONER INTO ACCEPTING MIGRATION QUOTE

Someone called my mother (72 years old), claiming she has an excellent record of usage and she now qualifies for extra airtime minutes per month, then somehow got her to give them her ID number. Shortly after that she receives thwo SMSs from 0820048181 stating "Migration quote ref. 1207 has been created", and the other one shortly after that stating "Your migration request from to will be processed on 30/06/13."
This was never the intention and replying to, or calling 0820048181 does not help.
THIS MIGRATION REQUEST MUST NOT BE PROCESSED, and I cannot think it can work unless it is from someone within the current service provider's office, else how would this "new" contract be billed?
Call me to get the migration quote number to cancel it immediately.
