8ta not responding to my query

I laid a complaint via email and HelloPeter and received an initial response from 8ta, but a week later they have not returned my messages or provided any solutions to my previous complaint on HelloPeter!
This is what they do everytime, they promise to look into the matter and give me feedback, but usually they never get back to me or solve any issues?
I guess they are sending a quick response on HelloPeter to give the impression that they are helping their customers quickly, but in my case this is definitely not true. And this has happened several times, even this year!
I usually wait so long I have to buy a service from another provider, and do not get any compensation from 8ta for time/data.
