On 22/12/2013 I called Vodacom on 082111 to enquire about the monthly repayments which has changed, the consultant advised it was due to the migration from buss315 to buss400. I then told her Vodacom called me in September to do the migration at additional. I asked that she log a complaint & request for voice record on that conversation. At first she said she'll log the call for the complaint ONLY, I had to tell her again that want the voice record. She said it's fine I'll get an sms with my reference number after our call, I told her that I would rather hold to get my reference number as I do not trust Vodacom will sms the reference number. She put me on hold, after a couple of minutes transferred me to the voice recorded service rating WITHOUT informing me, the call was then cut off and to date I do not have the complaint reference number. She did not even have the decency to call me back even though she had all my details nor give me her name. Another let down by Vodacom, first with migration at no cost and then the consultants who do not care about customer service. I did not even call them for this
