Someone bought me a vodacom gift and I received 100MB, I redeemed the MB and when I tried using them they billed my account and took my airtime before the megabytes started working. I called vodacom customer care and I spoke to 2 consultants who said they were logging an investigation to the technicians and I would get feedback after 24 hours. I got feedback that they are still investigating but now it has been 6 days and I haven't received any feedback about the matter and I would request them to give me my airtime back because I have been patient for long enough
