Poor Customer Service

Our Company ordered our upgrade on the 21st of November 2013. Vodcom said sign the order and it will be processed. I called again on the 25th of November only to be told " no it will be processed today and will be delivered within 2 - 7 working days". After hearing nothing from Vodacom i decided to give them a call on the 28th November. To be told AGAIN they have not yet processed the order. I think this is poor customer service especially for a the corporate department.
I would appreciate it if this sorted out ASAP.
