Vodacom keeps me to dissappoint me! again!

Very disappointed... and frustrated... failing to deliver a simple thing like a cell phone... even when i have offered to go and collect it... and on top of that you guys wanted me stay on this side of the fence...

this is why ppl leave... if you say u will do something do it...!
vodacom has let me down again!

my Phone, which i was promised to arrive today is now not coming because of some issue that has nothing to do with me... my whole days is messed and now i have to mess my whole day tomorrow... waiting. this isnt fair... you say you will deliver a service you do so... how would you like it if your stock is held up because of someone elses issues of no transport etc. your whole work day is delayed and stuff. if you as a company can not handle late staff, late stock, or late any thing. y should your customers. i want my phone the contract is done. the phone is there... but you cant deliver... il go get it then... just dont tell me this nonsense of i cant...

any company that says i cant... should provide a service in the 1st place...!!!
