Data connection still pathetic

I had a data contract which worked fine, as it near its end the speed became non existent, no Cell c shop or the call center could assist. I was left to do my own troubleshooting which cost me money & I even took out a new data contract, even this is doing the same, 2.4kbps as suppose to even a 1mb connection? Please... someone shoot me in the face!!! logged technical faults... no one even follows up with you. The call center agents... lets just say i might as well have phoned a toddler & asked him to help. All they do is your money & don't deliver a service, I want this contract cancelled as its utterly useless as a business device.
I read an article a few weeks ago where a business analyzes said Cell C is burning the office furniture to keep the heat up, I agree that they wont be around for another 6 months.
Sort this out or cancel the contract you pathetic excuse for a internet service provider. I have had it with the poor service & wasting my time in chasing your to sort this out & nothing comes of it yet you expect money for this?

Havent heard anything from anyone since the initial complaint a month ago. I even called them on 6/11/13 & still havent heard anything.
