Hi All, thx for always listening

I was called by Vodacom to renew my account on 26/27 May 2013. The handset I requested was out of stock so the person said it wil be delivered on the 1st of June 2013, which I agreed upon. It is now the 4th of June with still no phone. Phoning from werk on a land line the Customer Care cannot confirm the security question if I do not provide a contract number... Who carries their cell contract number with them??? They phoned me and did not deliver as promised, I can't call anybody, read my email, nothing. To put the cherry on top, the very same day I was phoned for the renewal of my contract the phone was unusable. After restart my pin did not work anymore... jip you guest it... Vodacom did the sim swop before they had stock to honer their agreement. I am sick of this telecommunications giant that steps on the little man.
