Vodacom and RAM useless

You guys are pathetic really, you deliver the wrong color phone. I requested you to take it back and deliver the right phone. it takes you freaking 7 days and still not exchanged, when it eventually gets delivered you give the wrong contact details. I mean really. how can you mess up a delivery twice. so now 8 days later and still no device.

I have taken 2 new contracts with vodacom and wants my 2 phones delivered tomorrow.
