My phone got 2 days ago. i went to vodacom for a new contract. they declined because we are now classified as late payers, we did make arrangements and all accounts are paid in full. all 8 numbers that we have by vodacom. we are vodacom customers for the last 6 years. not 6 months by the way. this apparently doesnt count either. but vodacom can make mistakes and let it forever on a pile of problems that dont need solving because its not there problem. whats the problem? my wifes phone got 4 months ago we reported it, they stopped the number, we wanted to do a sim swap and low and behold the number is on someone elses ID number but still on my wifes contract. weve been paying for the last 4 months for a number that we cannot use and the problem isnt being rectified. the buck gets passed from the shop to the phone to the shop to the phone to the shop to the phone 3 times each. we dont get compensated for there mistakes at all. we get punished for their mistakes. if i get the chance im taking all 8 number and leaving to another company. thank you vodacom for your support, hard work and loyalty to the consumer.
