My wife upgraded her cellphone contract on the 4th of January 2014, the camera failed on the 8th of January, we thought it was just temporary unavailable, but realised too late that it actually failed permanently, we took the phone back on the 12th of January, and they said its not in the first 7days, so she won't get a replacement phone, fair enough, we made a mistake by believing in their product, anyway, they said the phone will be back in 7-14 days, its 15 days today, now they say sometimes it takes a little longer (shouldn't' they allow for the 'little' longer and say 1-2months instead?)My point is, we, the customer can't be late, but they, the service provider can! I'd suggest they learn from Incredible Connection, if they don't deliver on time they refund, that's probably why they always deliver on time. And we still went all the way to the mall because our MTN in Wellington is so much worse, just shows, the grass is not always greener on the other side hey. Btw, I considered porting from vodacom to mtn, but now, NO WAY!
