Failing to comply

RAM has a bad attitude than any company i have ever seen.

i made a deal with Vodacom over the phone and i was told my phone will be delivered within a week. on the 25th of august i was called by a lady who said she is calling from RAM. she asked me to meet them between 8:30 and 9:30 a street away from wher iam. i told them i cant live my work just to fetch my phone and the lady told me they cant come to me.

i then told her that was not the original plan, vodacom had told me it will be delivered to my address.

when i call vodacom after 3 days, i was told that the deal has been cancelled because RAM does not deliver at my place of work. what surprises me is that, iam a street a way from wher they wanted to meet me and that who why dd they take the package in the first place under the pretence that they will deliver. also, at whose cost was i suppose to to fetch that phone.

i dont want anything to do with this company anymore, in future i will make sure i dont deal with them in anyway.
