Not phoning back to resolve issue

I Logged a call with MTN on 2013-09-24
They said they will get back to me.
i Phoned again 2013-10-31 and after i was on the phone for about an hour they said they found the issue and will get back to me the Saterday (4 days ago)

They give a excuse that is not true about dual sims. That is not the problem.
Go threw the trouble of phoning me and i will explain to you that it was not on that number.
