Nomonde advised that she would be busy and that she would get back to me by Monday (Yesterday). By my reckoning, Monday has come and gone, and basically so has Tuesday.

Am I supposed to log a new complaint every single time to get any response from you?
I think some newspaper exposure would be the next step for me.
