I logged a complained regarding my airtime, everytime I buy airtime it's depleted. i cant explain why and my complaints have been dismissed by MTN as that I use the internet yet I buy BIS every month. I logged first complaint here https:///mtn/complaints/airtime-bought-but-credited-2-weeks-later-997022 and another was related to the purchase of airtime of which I was accredited for much later. I called 083 173 on my call was dropped. Today the 19/11/2013 I called MTN again and spoke to Bonke, my call was dropped yet again whilst I was trying to explain my story. He hasnt called back. Im frustrated and I have to purchase airtime when I need to make a call and make sure that I use all of it or else by the next few hours it will be depleted. I use the internet but I buy BIS for that so the explanation that my airtime is used up by internet usage is unjustified. My previous complaint reference number is Re:2869746
