BESTMED UNABLE TO RESOLVE ISSUE WITH CHRONIC MEDS

I have made NUMEROUS CALLS to Bestmed and the answer is ALWAYS: Give us some time to resolve - Problem is they can not seem to resolve the issue at hand... Further problem is the selective hearing of the people I have spoken to - Loretta van Biljon advised that she would call me back, I responded that the chances of her phoning me back is just as little as my dog having puppies and he is a male - She then responded to say that I have just told her that she is a dog and she will no longer speak to me... This should be a simple problem to resolve, it does seem however that the problem will never be resolved - I am so tired of phoning and phoning and phoning and getting the exact same response: GIVE US SOME TIME...
