I'm being conned

Please help me understand why i'm getting threats from 8ta for a contract that has reached it's full term?
I paid the entire 24months & I cancelled it when it had run it's full course. Now much later I'm getting sms's
from lawyers & threats of being blacklisted? I further paid R800 just to avoid being handed over, then now again I'm being told i owe a thousand rand. Now I'm really not impressed with such service. Someone, please intervene as I have done all I can do. Been to 8ta stores & I've made tonns of phone calls.
Please have this sorted out. It is against the CPA. I refuse to be handed over. The people there need to start doing their job. I hope someone responds on the mobile number attached, i'm not available on the email.
