Why are we forced to use Telkom when they can clearly not deliver even basic services. I recently moved into a new complex in Douglasdale and found that there was no Wireless coverage in the complex for some reason. I do need connectivity for work so decided to install an ADSL line as that should resolve all my issues. When I phoned Telkom to get a basic line installed for the ADSL they told me that there would be no problems and that a technician would be on-site within the next 5 days. After 2 weeks nothing happened and I called to check and they ensured me that the call was logged and someone would be in contact! After 4 phone calls someone eventually told me that there was some project happening and that I would have my line in 3 months' time on the 7th of Feb 2013. Wow can't believe that any company gives that kind of service and still managed to stay in business!!!
