I applied for 4 Telkom Business Mobile (8ta) accounts end 2011. Eventually in Feb 2012 I received my handsets after numerous calls to them. They were supposed to debit my account monthly for the contracts which they neglegted to to until October 2012 when they debited my account once off for R7985.00. After I spoke to my bank to find out who debited my account I reversed the debitorder and contacted Telkom Mobile to ask them what they were doing. An arrangement wasthen made to pay R2000.00 per month on the account until the arrears were paid up. November 2012 a debit of R5000.00 went through, I reversed it again and contacted Telkom Mobile. December 2012 they debited my account with R1550.00. Today they suspended my account, handed me over to the legal department and refuse to honour the R2000.00 a month arrangement and want full payment. You cannot speak to anybody in their credit department as you can only contact the customer care dept and they refuse to transfer you. I am now without phones for a mistake that they made and now refuse to recitfy! It took them 7 months before they even contacted me for the first time and my phones were never disconnected before today!
