I am now sick and tired of this being push from pillar to post. Vodacom getting away with absolute incompetant bad service.
Where does the clients rights come in?
After 2 years of battling with Vodacom proving an overpayment. Struckling with the lawyers they have handed my account over to
Placing them on Helo Peter - they still ignore the clients request. Yet everyday I get threats from the lawyers.

Honestly - is this how your treat your customers I am amazed that you still excist - your stats on complaints say every thing 94 complaint - place you on top of the complaint line

I refer to my complaint put in on the 14th of March a week later reference number EC-ZHT0-17AET7 with feedback such as we hope we can help you soon, we can not get hold of the lawyers. REALLY what is this about. I am not an. Please do your work. A person can only take so much threats.

I need this sorted out a.s.a.p not another 5 days. My husbands name taken off from all ITC's and a letter confirming this is done. PLEASE
