I'm paying for a cancelled service

I have cancelled my BES service in September. And I was told that I will not be invoiced for it in October because the cancellation is effective immediately. With effort and a complaint on Hallo Peter on the 2nd of October I had to fight to get my BIS activated (check my past complaints as reference) and for the PAST 2 MONTHS (October and November) Vodacom has still billed me for BES, while I'm active on BIS. BlackBerry BES R84.93 for BES every monthly while I'm active on BIS. How stupid can you get? I want this corrected immediately and the money refunded!
