Cancelled serv and still deducting and items

I ordered rubybox on 25 September which was deducted from my bankaccount immediately. I received the
October box only on the 25th of October. The items in the box was pathetic to say the least. I opened it with my collegues as I was so excited to share the box with them and to my surprise the only stuff in the box, was stupid hair care little pouches, a sun stick for your lips and some had cream. R119???

I then cancelled my service ONLINE. The website then had a status of cancellation pending. I send Rubybox numerous emails requesting them to cancel before the deduction in October. They still deducted the November month from my bankaccount. Meanwhile they ignore my emails and website still shows cancellation pending. Novembers box came and that was just as pathetic! Roll on from shield, and some stupid sleeves. Totally not what im interested in.

I again send numerous emails requesting the cancellation.
Well, much to my disaprovement, they deducted the December amount again!!! Now im waiting on the stupid box. In the meanwhile, no one EVER answers the emails and now I logged into my account and the cancellation pending has now been changed to ACTIVE. Pathetic!!!
